Buggy. Doesn’t allow deletion of extra forms which are all too easy to create. If you have a stack of forms done it randomly shuts down and makes you log back in at least it seems to have saved changes.

Look, this program/app is probably ok to great for what it is meant to do, but if you have lazy and brain dead management, keep this tool away from them as it is a hassle and they will probably just want inane and useless information. Best of luck!

Im unsure if It’s because i am on a old iOS update or what but I cannot log in to the app. It says the account does not exist; however using the website, everything works fine. I’ll update the review after i perform a software update to see if it fixes my issue.

Lags take forever to upload and then kicks you oof of the app

We’ve been using this program for R56 audits… a process that used to take about three hours to do, now it takes routinely 10 hours. Most of this is because it’s on an iPad. You need to verify everything on the checklist with the photograph. Now if that thing is 200 foot up on a tower, you were trying to take a picture of it with an iPad which does not have an optical zoom it only has a digital zoom so as you scroll in, you get nothing but a blurry mess. So that’s OK. I take my trusty camera out and I take a picture of it with my camera. Can I import that into this product? NOPE. I end up having to submit something that’s incomplete, meaning that my customer gets it and thinks that I don’t know what I’m doing or that I’m very sloppy. Then the report gets sent to me in a PDF, not something edible like a Microsoft Word document, but no they send it out into a PDF, then you have to attempt to pull the images from it to zoom on them and make other changes. Then you have to try and get it back in which means you’re probably gonna convert a PDF into a word document and then print it back out as a PDF document which doesn’t have exactly the same formatting now, the whole process is very sloppy and unprofessional.

Order ID do not auto populate and god forbid I try to auto fill my name the whole app crashes

This app is so user friendly and make any inspection easy and detailed!!

The program is true to its name. I’m using it to survey buildings with a iPad and a pen and it makes input super easy. I can write text with the pen right into the field.

Needs to be synched with tablet and phone

In the last 6 years as a technician I have been assigned work where third party apps were required. This one is the most user friendly, well organized and best functioning of any and all I have encountered.

They went from monthly to yearly billing. Not a problem. But just afterwards they changed the way the program worked. No longer download in batch when needed. Have to wait undetermined time to access files. No usable for our application

Has a difficult time loading pictures and videos, If the screen closes, the app losses it place and makes you restart the app and it then starts the download again. This has taken me up to 30 minutes at times.

This app and others like it (Fulcrum) require a monthly subscription. Can't even try them first. My use is non-commercial and personal. $25 per month is far over priced for personal use.

Submitting form isn’t efficient. It takes time to submit when there’s a lot of pictures but you need to stay on the app. If I go do something else on my phone it stops submitting.

Great app to use handling business work Oders

Need to be able to find a in progress work order with opening up every work order looking for it

I have been using my reports custom made in FastField Forms and they are perfect. I use my cell phone to fill out my report snap a few pics and then submit the report to my customers! Easy! And the report looks nice. I have had the most helpful and patient staff helping me! It’s been 2 years now and I am so happy with this product! Thanks!

Hard to use Repetitive Poor organization Horribly time consuming. Imagine working an 8 hour day then having to take 3 hours on your phone to fill out properly, while your customer watches.

Could use a next button on photos labeling. It’s too slow. Could be so much better.

This app would be perfect if your summits files would syncs from iPad to iPhone under summited.

I really like FastField. As a suggestion, I think they need a feature to allow users to scan in receipts with our phones and automatically input the information into the appropriate fields. This would save a lot of time for us!

Way to many issues with this app

This App has caused me 100s of hours of rework with errors when trying to submit reports that delete the report being submitted, and Randomly logging me out and reopening the report that was opened saying it can’t be read because of format issues.

When pics are required the option of entering pics from the phone should be allowed. Not all have this option. Some have both the camera and pics, some have camera only. All should have both options.

Only if there was a next buttons after each photo to get you from one to the next. It would make photo labeling so much better and helpful.

Need to be able to put more than one product under one ticket, instead of having to put in each separate product and the amount in even though it’s still one ticket number. Some stops take 3 products so it would nice to put all 3 products in at the same time.

Need a way to show our time spent cleaning and organizing shop , truck or working in yard moving equipment around or just picking up trash in yard area or taking in shipment of parts and stocking them We can only show a document of time when we are actually working on a piece of equipment

We are still in the learning process but we are so impressed with the abilities of fast fields and how much it can help automate and organize our business. Our rep Eddie has been fantastic with his help! A true god send for those that a less tech friendly. You can not beat the price and professionalism of this program compared to similar ones we were looking at. Looking forward to utilizing more of their tools to help grow our business and be even better for our customers.

App works well, but there is an issue I hope that you can fix. After a while, every single day, the barcode scanning feature loses the ability to auto focus the camera and adjust for light sensitivity. Which means I need to exit and reopen the app usually multiple times. Please fix this. Otherwise this is a good app, it's easy to use and saves time compared to competitors that I have used.

Worst mobile forms app I have ever used. Constant sessions expired every day. Tap the camera icon to take a pic, only to have to make another selection (totally unnecessary when you could have a camera and a file icon separate to select). Camera button is bottom center screen, ridiculous placement considering a lot of photos are taken with iPads and Tablets making it hard to hold what you’re taking a photo of, tape measure, or a ladder and also the IPad/Tablet and hit the picture button unless you have 3 hands. No option to save photos from a form. Deleting a photo doesn’t completely remove it. I could go on and on, but I already waste enough time using the horrible app.

Taking to long to upload after hitting submit

Forms are very confusing for technicians in the field ti write work reports. Reached out to the company and inquired about customizing forms to fit our needs and was told “No they don’t have the ability to” Good luck finding a form in the archives once submitted.

Make our responses a bright distinguished color for better visibility. Also, this form has white text and white background. And, if possible, have a list for getting stock to fill the section.
